Our Services
Buddies Junk Removal provides residential and commercial junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services across Middle Tennessee, including Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Nashville, and Franklin. Submitting a booking or estimate request does not create a binding contract; it is a request for us to contact you with a quote.
Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are provided for informational purposes and may change based on an in-person assessment, the amount and type of items, access to the job site, and disposal requirements. A final price is confirmed in an upfront flat quote that you approve before any work begins.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Business identity. These SMS terms are provided by Buddies Junk Removal Inc., a junk removal and hauling company serving Middle Tennessee. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our booking or estimate form, you agree to receive automated SMS text messages from Buddies Junk Removal Inc. These messages relate to your junk removal request and may include estimate confirmations, quotes, appointment and scheduling follow-ups, and reminders.
Opt-out & support. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to 615-267-8776. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at Amir@buddiesjunkremoval.com.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency & rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service. You may opt out at any time without affecting your ability to receive services from Buddies Junk Removal Inc. Mobile information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. This SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and job information
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the items and areas to be cleared
- Confirm that items placed for removal are yours to dispose of, or that you have permission to have them removed
- Make payment according to the terms of your approved quote
Items We Cannot Take
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot haul hazardous materials, including wet paint, chemicals and solvents, asbestos, and biohazard or medical waste. If you are unsure about an item, just ask and we will point you to the right place to dispose of it properly.
Payment
You approve the flat quote before any work starts, and payment is due once the job is complete. The price we quote upfront is the price you pay, with loading, labor, cleanup, and disposal included.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Buddies Junk Removal Inc. and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buddies Junk Removal Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the related service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee.
